Thank you for choosing HydromaxPump.com. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original, unopened condition (security sticker intact), unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at cs@hydromaxbathmate.com to request a return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) with instructions.
Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items that come into contact with genital areas (pumps, rings, inserts) are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Products like gels and enhancement items are not eligible for return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
We will arrange a replacement for damaged or defective items.
We do not offer full refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Only unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Important Notice
