Return, Risk Free policy
- 60 day money back return policy is NOT a satisfaction guarantee policy.
- In order for the policy to be in effect the user must use the unit for at least 60 days.
- 60 day risk free policy only applies if the customer followed manufacturers recommended use, the recommended usage is at least 60 days, if you’re not satisfied with the unit after 60 days of recommended usage a return can be processed.
- 20% disposal handling fee will be charged on all non defective returns
- If you claim a refund in your first 60 days and later decide you want to re-purchase, this offer will no longer be available. This is necessary to avoid abuse of the offer.
RETURN POLICY:
All NON-DEFECTIVE product return requests must be made within 14 days of receival and will be subject to a 20% disposal handling fee. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not refund or exchange if the product has been used.
Exchanges
*No returns or exchanges on accessories, All accessories are a final sale.
*We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping or a manufacturer’s defect.
*Will not be replaced or exchanged if damage to the product caused by impact or crushing, whether intentional or accidental.
*Twisting or other intentional distortion of the bellows gaiter or vessel
*Using inappropriate levels for force on the product
*Jamming, twisting or otherwise deliberately causing the valve to malfunction
*Using the product to unblock drains
Shipping
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/delayed shipments.
*PLEASE NOTE:Â All returned items NEED TO BE in a clean hygienic condition, with all of the original packaging.
*PLEASE NOTE:Â All returns must be accompanied by a HydromaxBathmate.com RA number. To obtain an RA number, please send an e-mail to:Â cs@hydromaxbathmate.com
Be sure to include the following information:
•   Order Number
•   Copy of Receipt
•   Date of original purchase
•   Reason for request for RA
•   Your e-mail address
•   No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RA number.
